When Melissa's first son was born, she quickly realized how little support existed for new mothers. She struggled with recovery, feeding, & the overwhelming isolation — & soon discovered every family around her was struggling too.

That experience became a mission: fix the broken system of maternal care in America.

Today, Flourish Care is a maternal healthcare company that empowers families with insurance-covered community care — including doulas — from pregnancy through the first year of parenthood.
