About Tyler

Tyler Grimes has enhanced the lives of young children and their families since 2009. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked as a preschool educator for over five years. Tyler has a knack for creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment in combination with creating a partnership with the parents in setting and achieving goals for their children. Her focus is to build the path to your child’s success, health, and happiness.

As a Certified Advanced Newborn Care Specialist and Perinatal Doula, she brings her love and compassion to one of the most critical and challenging times in a new parent or mother’s life. Tyler understands that no two babies, mothers, or family dynamics are the same. Therefore she uses her uncanny attunement to assess what is needed in each unique situation.

She offers overnight newborn care, postpartum support, and parent education. Her experience includes traveling to various destinations working with newborns, twins, preemies, and conditions such as reflux and colic.

Tyler’s calming and diligent approach allows her clients to feel safe and at ease, relieving much of the stress that new mothers and parents so often experience. When a new mother or parent is well-rested and relaxed, they have less postpartum difficulties, and a smoother transition not only for them but for the family as a whole.

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A one hour virtual appointment to discuss your postpartum experience, develop a care plan and schedule your appointments.
Virtual or In-Person Postpartum Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding, chest feeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Light housework and hands on assistance with household tasks for you and your family
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Unlimited text support with your doula

*When booking your first appointment, please book at least 24 hours in advance. Some of our doulas may have same day appointments listed but they would not have enough time to prepare for your appointment without at least a 24 hour notice.

This package does not include birth support.

*Once matched with a doula, your spot is not secure until you book your first appointment. If this appointment is not booked within 7 days of being matched, the doula match is subject to change.
