Thays Christina Kasprzak, Birth & Postpartum Doula

Thays Christina Kasprzak is a dedicated birth and postpartum doula serving families in the North Boston region. As a mother of three, she deeply understands the transformative journey into motherhood and is passionate about providing the compassionate support every woman deserves. With over 15 years of experience in Health and Human Services, Thays brings a strong background in patient advocacy, emotional support, and maternal wellness.

Certified as a Birth Doula through the International Doula Institute, she is committed to empowering women with the knowledge, confidence, and care they need during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Her approach is rooted in personalized, non-judgmental support, ensuring that every mother feels heard, respected, and nurtured throughout her journey.

Beyond her work as a doula, Thays finds joy in cooking and baking nutritious meals, exploring the healing power of nature through walks on the beach and in the forest, and embracing holistic well-being practices. She believes in creating a supportive space where women can transition into motherhood with strength and confidence.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute prenatal appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
An additional 60 minute appointment during pregnancy or postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
