Hello, I’m Tabitha. I’ve been honored to serve as a certified birth and postpartum doula since 2025. My calling to doula work began with a deeply personal experience. During a pregnancy that ended in miscarriage, I was supported by a compassionate doula that helped me process my grief and find hope again. That tender support inspired me to pursue formal doula training myself, so I could offer the same comfort, advocacy, and reassurance to other families facing life’s most profound transitions.

As a wife and mother to five beautiful children, I understand firsthand the joys, challenges, and transformative power of welcoming new life into your family. My mission is to walk alongside you—whether you’re navigating the excitement of your first birth or balancing the beautiful chaos of growing your family—so you never feel alone during one of life’s most significant milestones.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 90 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as three 90 minute appointments and two 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
