Stephanie is a warm and approachable doula who supports birthing individuals and families through every step of their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journeys. With a certified background in Early Childhood Education and Care, along with years of hands-on experience, she brings a deep understanding of childbirth and parenting. Her knowledge is shaped not only by her professional training but also by her personal experiences and the privilege of being part of many families’ journeys.

Stephanie’s approach is gentle, holistic, and rooted in the belief that everyone deserves compassionate, personalized care during this important time in their lives. She’s committed to providing a safe, supportive environment where families feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Stephanie lives in Southern New Hampshire with her husband, Ben, and their three children—Roman, Piper, and Winni. Outside of her doula work, she enjoys practicing yoga, cooking delicious meals, hiking with her family, and dancing to her favorite music.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as four 90 minute appointments and one 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
