About Stefanie

As a full-spectrum birthworker, Stefanie works across the reproductive spectrum with folks who are pregnant, during labor/delivery, and postpartum. She also supports folks before, during, and after abortions.

Stefanie is a multidisciplinary care worker and healer, moving from a Disability Justice, anti-oppressive and trauma/culturally responsive lens. Stefanie centers a holistic approach of tending to the bodymindspirit, and views the perinatal period as an important state of connection and transition, which offers many possibilities for healing.

Stefanie integrates a depthful range of skills and dimensions into their work, including: griefwork, ritual building, ancestral healing, massage and other body-based work, herbalism, spiritual and emotional care, and holistic, anti-carceral mental health support (during + outside of crisis).

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A one hour virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
One hour of additional support during pregnancy or postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Back-up doula provided if needed
