Hiii, My name is StarrCrystal and I am a holistic full spectrum doula. This means (birth and postpartum). I have over 12 years of experience with children and infant care. I, myself have two children. My job is to empower you to trust your own instincts and body to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge you need and want to allow you and your family to make an informed decisions regarding your body, your baby, and your health. This allows you to have the power, confidence, positivity, and support you need to be able to have a sense of ease as you walk into your pregnancy, birthing, and parenting journey with a clear understanding of all your options and choices. That may look like a holistic unmediated birth, or a medicated birth with epidural, Pitocin, and other pain management methods. If you want a water birth, hospital birth, cesarean, vbac birth, home birth, or a birthing center of your choosing, my job is to advocate and support you!

I would like you to know I support all families no matter what background you or where your family comes from. Whether you’re single, have an interracial relationship, LGBTQIA+, or if you and your family are religious no matter the faith, everyone deserves amazing healthcare and experiences and everyone’s walk of life is different. Just know there is no wrong way in my eyes to bring a child earth side and no room for judgment only love, acceptance and healing.

My Job is to ensure you enter a safe and positive space and it stays like that the entire time during your birthing experience to the best of my abilities. Parents are often times shamed for the choices they make but the truth is there is no right or wrong way. Every pregnancy, every baby, everyday and every-night with a newborn looks different and is different. I am interested in learning about your family, their needs and wants during this stage in your life, and how I can help! I look forward to hearing from you soon!

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as four 90 minute appointments and one 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
