My name is Romina Amoah, and I’m a certified doula with a strong background in maternal and child health, community health work. I bring great experience supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum—and I do so with compassion, empathy, and patience at the heart of everything I offer.I became a doula because I believe every birthing person deserves to feel seen, heard, and deeply supported.

Clients often tell me they feel calm, safe, and truly cared for in my presence. That’s because I meet every family with genuine warmth, a listening ear, and a steady hand, no matter how their journey unfolds.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 90 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as three 90 minute appointments and two 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
