Birth and Postpartum Doula (she/her/ella)

I am a bilingual (Spanish-English) birthkeeper and postpartum care provider. I care about showing up for you during your birth in a way that brings you joy, empowerment and the ability to be present for the mysterious force that is birth. I deeply value clear communication, connection to Spirit, evidence-based practices, and holding space so that your energy can move the way it needs to. I believe in your body’s capacity to experience the process of birth, to heal fully, and experience greater vitality in the postpartum time. I offer practical physical, and emotional support before, during, and after birth. When my time with you ends, my hope is that you feel confident in your ability to navigate parenthood, and where and how to get support when you need it.

I trained as a birth doula through Warm Welcome Birth with Michelle L’Esperance, and as a postpartum doula through Nurturing Doula Dreams with Ann Grauer. I am also a nationally licensed speech-language pathologist.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 or 90 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
