I am a dedicated trilingual doula based in Massachusetts with a strong commitment to supporting birthing families through holistic, culturally respectful care. With a Brazilian background and fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, I serve diverse families, bridging cultural and linguistic gaps to provide empathetic and tailored birth support.

My experience includes working closely with young mothers and supporting families through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum stages with physical, emotional, and informational care. I strongly believe in empowering birthing people to trust their bodies and make informed decisions, honoring their unique cultural values and birth preferences.

I am passionate about building a practice centered on respectful, individualized care and partnership with healthcare providers.

Whether it is prenatal visits, continuous labor support, or postpartum care, I am here to advocate for your well-being and comfort at every step, fostering an environment of trust, confidence, and respect.

On a personal note, I am also a trained massage therapist who enjoys playing volleyball and spending quality time with my son. These personal passions inspire me to bring warmth, balance, and nurturing energy into my doula support.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 90 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as three 90 minute appointments and two 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
