About Lo

Living in a log cabin on 5 acres with her husband, Max, 2 children, 2 dogs and 2 cats. Lo has a heart for pregnant and nursing parents. It was her own intense struggle with birth and breastfeeding that led to a passion in birth and lactation work in the first place. However, listening to the struggles of so many others in the same situation is what has motivated her to continue as a doula, lactation supporter, educator and podcaster.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 90 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as three 90 minute appointments and two 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
