Hi! I’m Liza Styles. I’m a longtime birth enthusiast, and mom to two tiny, wonderful monsters. I provide support for expectant parents throughout their pregnancy journey. I offer comprehensive prenatal care, labor and delivery support, and postpartum assistance. I view my role as tour guide through pregnancy and birth, and I am here to hold space and support any decisions or preferences you have – this is your body and your baby.

I want my birthers to feel feel empowered and confident throughout their birthing experience. I’m a data nerd who believes that information is best used simply as a vehicle to allow the heart and mind to work together to form decisions. I love knitting, reading, and goofing with my family.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 90 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as three 90 minute appointments and two 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
