Extensive skills, techniques and experience helping facilitate Natural Birth in home or hospital. Experienced across cultures and countries supporting mothers. Experienced in Faith based, respectful support, trained in cultures and customs of various religious sects (Orthodox, Christian, Muslim, Jewish, etc. ) Trained with Penny Simpkin for those with a background of trauma, hypersensitivity, anxiety, PTSD, abuse and varying physical abilities. Helping mothers and new parents meet their breastfeeding goals as an IBCLC.
Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:
A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.
- A one hour virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
- One hour of additional support during pregnancy or postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
- Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Back-up doula provided if needed
- Chat support with your doula through our HIPAA compliant app Healthie
- Virtual webinars + educational emails
