Hi! I’m Kaley and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Certified Birth Educator, Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Certified Breastfeeding Counselor, and Certified in Safe Sleep.

Birth is new and important every single time– I believe this with every fiber of my being. Everyone deserves a safe, well-informed birth experience where they are made to feel valued and supported and my goal is to give you the tools, confidence, and all encompassing support to achieve your best birth. I believe in this process and in birthing without fear – it’s not as out of reach as it sounds! I came to this work with a passion for advocacy and empowerment and client-centered care. Empathy is truly the cornerstone of my practice and I approach each birth conscious of the fact that every birth is as unique as the families experiencing it.

A birth doula to advocate for you + provide emotional and physical support.

Access to our HIPAA compliant App Healthie where you will be able to book your appointments and have chat support with your doula
Enrollment in our Prenatal, Birth & Parenthood Wellness Program where you will receive a copy of our Pregnancy, Birth and Parenting Guidebook delivered right to your door and educational emails delivered to your inbox
An in-person prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want and to cover some of the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Back-up doula provided if needed
