About Jordan

As a woman of color, knowing all the complications and risks faced during pregnancy, I am passionate about making sure women are being heard and supported as they are bringing a new life into this world. Currently, I work full-time as a Crisis Clinician in the Emergency Department, I am also passionate about addressing mental health. I have helped women directly who struggled with their mental health during their pregnancy and during postpartum. These experiences as well as my knowledge of pregnancy overall inspired me to become a doula.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A birth doula to advocate for you + provide emotional and physical support.

Access to our HIPAA compliant App Healthie where you will be able to book your appointments and have chat support with your doula
Enrollment in our Prenatal, Birth & Parenthood Wellness Program where you will receive a copy of our Pregnancy, Birth and Parenting Guidebook delivered right to your door and educational emails delivered to your inbox
A prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want and to cover some of the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Back-up doula provided if needed
