About Jessica:

Hi there! My name is Jessica and I am both a birth and postpartum doula. I first started this work about 2 years ago but before I became a doula, I had experience working in clinical settings as a CNA and daycares with newborns and toddlers. After a couple years of doing that I wanted to pursue something where I can have more meaningful connections with my clients and I knew I wanted to do something that involved helping new moms during and after pregnancy. Ever since I became a doula, I have been able to gain more knowledge and help mothers along the way to delivery and when baby comes home. I love what I do everyday and after every birth and every visit, I become more thankful that I have the ability to support moms and their babies. When I am not working as a doula I’m most likely studying for my classes, hanging with friends or doing yoga.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A one hour virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want
An additional one hour virtual appointment during pregnancy or postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 37 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Back-up doula provided if needed
