Birth, for me, is more than a moment—it’s a profound transformation.

After my own journey through home birth, cesarean, and VBAC, I felt a calling to help other women experience birth not through fear, but through trust, connection, and empowerment.

I’ve spent the last two years supporting families across the Lancaster and Harrisburg area as a DONA-trained birth doula, childbirth educator, and 1:1 coach. My approach blends evidence-based care with intuition and heart—meeting families wherever they are, whether preparing for a home birth, hospital delivery, or something in between.

Clients often describe me as warm, calm, and deeply invested in their experience. My goal is always the same: to create space for confidence, advocacy, and joy, even when birth takes unexpected turns.

When I’m not attending births, I’m likely at home with my husband and our four little ones, cooking something from the garden, painting, or dancing in the kitchen.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Up to 11 Additional 60 Minute Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
