About Fardine

Hi, I’m Fardine, a certified birth and postpartum Doula through Mama Glow. My passion for supporting families as they welcome their babies into this world is why I became a Doula. I am a career woman, a wife and a mother of two beautiful daughters. As a birth Doula I offer emotional support and expert advice. I advocate on your behalf to help you navigate your options to ensure you are making the right choices before, during, and post labor. As a postpartum Doula, my goal is to help you navigate the transition from pregnancy, to bringing your baby home smoothly. Also, I am available to assist you and your family with in home support so you can rest and recover, to facilitate a smooth adjustment while you continue to connect with your new baby.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as four 90 minute appointments and one 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
