About Brandy

Hi, I’m Brandy Bonilla, a full-spectrum birth and postpartum doula and placenta encapsulation specialist. I support you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with care that’s calm, grounded, and empowering so you feel informed, protected, and never alone in the process. I became a doula because I believe every birthing person deserves to be heard, respected, and supported, especially in medical settings where people are too often dismissed.

My services include birth planning and education, advocacy and informed decision-making support, hands-on labor comfort support, and postpartum care (recovery support, newborn care education, feeding support, emotional check-ins, and practical home flow). I also provide placenta encapsulation and guidance around postpartum healing routines. My approach is holistic, culturally responsive, and judgment-free focused on helping you feel confident in your choices and cared for every step of the way.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Up to 11 Additional 60 Minute Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
