As a former gynecologist and obstetrician in Nicaragua, I have dedicated my career to supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Now, as a trained birth doula, I bring my deep medical knowledge and compassionate care to help every woman own their birth experience.

I believe birth is a transformative journey that should honor each woman’s unique values, culture, and beliefs. I aim to provide physical, emotional, and informational support so that every mother feels empowered, respected, and safe throughout this process.

As a mother, I understand firsthand the challenges and uncertainties that can arise during pregnancy and birth. I also know how essential emotional support and physical preparation are during this transition. Whether you’re aiming for a medicated or unmedicated birth, a hospital or home setting, I am here to guide you with evidence-based support, deep empathy, and a commitment to your well-being.

Your Postpartum Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A one hour initial appointment (virtually or in person) to discuss your postpartum experience, develop a care plan and schedule your appointments.
An additional 7 hours of appointments during pregnancy or postpartum (virtually or in person) scheduled as 60 or 90 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions

Virtual webinars + educational emails
