Birth is the space you can be your strongest, calmest & most intuitive self. Birth is stepping toward the unknown. Birth is a process. Birth IS BEAUTIFUL. I started this work after being exposed to women’s health norms for el malparto/miscarriage in rural Ecuador in 2010-2011. Fast forward & I’m living in Oakland, California in the aughts & immersed in the home birth world. Press FF again & I’m back in Greater Boston where I grew up, founding my current perinatal practice Boston Birth, birthing an organic herbal company, & fostering babies! I believe that the BEST ways to move through the world are within a team that you trust & that put your physical & emotional self at ease. I consider being a doula as a way to be a teammate. I am someone that believes in you, trusts you, compels you to advocate, follow your intuition & surrender to the strength that is you. I am inspired by showing up in hospitals, home births, alongside single birthing people, with couples, with queer folx, with people who practice any religion or identity with any ethnicity. I’m here to help create a birth that honors who you are & celebrates the hopes for your baby or babies.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as four 90 minute appointments and one 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
