Hello, expectant families! I am excited to introduce myself as your compassionate birth and postpartum doula, bringing a unique blend of medical expertise and nurturing support to your entire childbirth journey. I’ve been honored to serve as a registered nurse in the Emergency Room since 2018, where I’ve witnessed the strength of individuals during some of their most critical moments. My experience in healthcare has instilled in me a deep understanding of medical procedures, patient care, and the significance of unwavering support.

As part of my commitment to your safety and well-being, I hold certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). These certifications ensure that I am well-prepared to provide the highest level of care during your childbirth experience.

What sets me apart is the synergy of my medical background and my passion for nurturing care. I bridge the gap between medical knowledge and emotional support, offering a unique perspective that can be particularly comforting throughout your birthing and parenting journey.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A one hour virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
5 hours of additional support during pregnancy and postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 37 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Back-up doula provided if needed
