About Roxanne

Dr. Roxanne Green is a Trinidadian-born, Brooklyn New York raised, Temple University made ball of energy. She enjoys listening to audiobooks, Soca music, traveling, and discovering great food. She is the proud mother of an amazing teenage daughter.

Dr. Roxanne brings 25 years of experience supporting families in Philadelphia, PA. She has dedicated much of her work to improving maternal and family health outcomes. She currently serves with the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, where she teaches Early Warning Signs of Maternal Complications and Perinatal Mood Disorders, and contributes to the department’s Community Investment Committee. She holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Professional Studies, a Master’s degree in Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Up to 11 Additional 60 Minute Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
