Hello my name is Cyrese Ingebrigtsen, Congratulations and welcome! It’s a blessing to see you here today. I am a Certified Christian Birth Doula through DONA International and currently working on my Postpartum Doula certification as well. Birth and babies have always been a passion of mine that was discovered when I had my own little ones. After much prayer and faith in the Lords plan for me. He has meet me where I am at, with God I get to do my dream job of offering comfort and support to expecting parents every step of the way. I can support you spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically during pregnancy, labor and delivery and postpartum. I would be honored to come along side you and your family during one of the most blessed and joyous time of your life. I have been blessed to continue my education in lactation, attended Spinning Babies®workshop, completing both DONA Birth and Postpartum Doula Training. I am currently working on my Child Birth Education Certification with Lamaze International and have jumped back into Body Ready Birth ®Teacher Training with Body Ready Method®. I completed my Body Ready Method® for professionals training March of 2025 and went on to be a certified Body ReadyMethod ® active pro. I am 54 yrs old a mother of 6 collectively with my wonderful husband Jason. We have 7 grandchildren and counting!!! We reside in the Twin Cities area and are both from Alexandria, MN. During our free time we enjoy serving at church in various ways and fellowshipping with our church family as well as diving in to being grandpa and grandma and spending time with extended family. Family is extremely important to us. In addition to our faith. We also have a Dog (Rottie) named Lady and a orange tabby kitty named Gucci. I look forward to getting to know you and how I can uniquely support you and your family on this God gifted road to parenthood

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Up to 17 Additional 60 Minute Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
