Hello! I’m Jazmine Sparks, a passionate birth & postpartum doula and Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), serving families with care and inclusivity. With over 4 years of experience, I specialize in providing gender & cultural inclusivity within all of my practices and actions. I take pride in supporting BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals through their unique journey into parenthood.

My journey as a doula began from a deep desire to empower parents during their transformative moments. I provide compassionate support that respects diverse backgrounds and identities. Whether you’re navigating birth, postpartum recovery, or lactation challenges, I’m here to offer guidance, advocacy, and a safe space where you can feel seen and supported. As a queer woman of color myself, I understand the importance of inclusive and affirming care. I am dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment where all families can thrive, regardless of race, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

Every birth-story is unique and deserves to be honored with sensitivity and respect. When I’m not supporting families, you can find me advocating for equitable healthcare practices and social justice or spending quality time with my own beautiful babies. Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 90 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Up to 7 Additional 60 Minute Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
