About Megan

I am a certified Full Spectrum Doula based on the Southcoast of Massachusetts, where I reside with my fiancé, our two beautiful girls, and our pup.

Becoming a doula began when I ran a mommy and me boutique on the Eastern End of Long Island, where I was born and raised. Countless families would tell me their birth stories, some filled with beauty, but others filled with anxiety, fear, and sometimes heartache. I felt for these families, all of them. Birth is a tremendous labor of love, filled with both challenges and rewards. I believe that every family deserves to have a judgment-free experience, one where they feel informed, cared for, and respected. This space is a sacred one and should be honored.

In addition to my Doula certification, I am a certified Wellness Coach and Natural Foods Chef. This rich background equips me with a powerhouse of skills to support you best!

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as four 90 minute appointments and one 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
