Dr. Michelle H. El Khoury is a perinatal educator and mindfulness advocate with over 20 years in corporate healthcare offering a unique blend of clinical and executive leadership experience. She’s the founder of Yogamazia®, a maternal wellness education hub. As a birth & postpartum doula, childbirth educator, lactation counselor, and yoga instructor, she provides holistic, compassionate support from pregnancy to parenting and beyond. Her work has been recognized through community awards and featured in national and regional media, and she serves on advisory panels focused on maternal health and wellness. When she’s not working with families, you’ll find her making memories with her own—her husband, three daughters, dog, and cat—, traveling, or indulging in a Game of Thrones marathon.

Access to our HIPAA compliant App Healthie where you will be able to book your appointments and have chat support with your doula
Enrollment in our Prenatal, Birth & Parenthood Wellness Program where you will receive a copy of our Pregnancy, Birth and Parenting Guidebook delivered right to your door and educational emails delivered to your inbox
A prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want and to cover some of the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Back-up doula provided if needed
