About Safia
Hello, I’m Safia, a devoted wife, mother of seven, and passionate full spectrum doula. My journey into birth work is deeply rooted in my own diverse experiences with childbirth—including cesarean births, VBACs, long labors, a twin birth, and extended breastfeeding for up to two years. These personal experiences have shaped my understanding of the many paths birth and parenting can take.
In 2023, I completed my training with Community Doulas of South Jersey, earning certifications as a Full Spectrum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Lactation Consultant, and Reproductive Health Educator. This comprehensive education, combined with my lived experience, allows me to offer holistic, compassionate, and informed support to birthing families.
I am intentional in caring for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each birthing person, fostering a nurturing environment that replaces fear with knowledge and confidence. My goal is to ensure that every individual and family I support feels valued, empowered, and heard throughout their birthing journey.
