About Cristina

Hi! I’m Cristina, a passionate postpartum doula with a deep love for supporting families. My journey began with the challenges I faced as a stay-at-home mom when my daughter was born. After two years, I worked at a daycare, then as a nanny, where I witnessed the struggles new mothers encounter during postpartum.

At the start of the pandemic, I opened a home daycare and realized the significant impact I could have on families during this vulnerable time. I discovered that I had been embodying the role of a doula all along.

I am dedicated to helping families navigate this challenging phase by providing compassionate care, evidence-based information, and practical support. Every family deserves to feel empowered and nurtured during postpartum, and my mission is to ensure they thrive during this precious time.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as four 90 minute appointments and one 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
