Hi! My name is Naya and I’m a proud doula here at Flourish Care. Bringing new life into the world is one of the most profound journeys a family can experience, and I’m here to guide you through it with compassion, knowledge, and unwavering support. As a certified doula, I specialize in creating a calm, informed, and empowering environment for parents at every stage, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

My approach is rooted in personalized care: I listen, advocate, and walk alongside you, ensuring your voice is heard and your choices are honored. Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, I believe every birth story deserves to be supported with respect, confidence, and love.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as four 90 minute appointments and one 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
