My name is Doula Cheryl, and I’m a certified Full Spectrum Doula with a lifelong passion for supporting families through every stage of the perinatal journey. With over two decades of experience as an Early Childhood Educator and in-home Educational Caregiver, I bring a deep understanding of child development, newborn care, and the emotional and physical transitions of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

I became a doula because I truly believe every family deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered—especially during one of life’s most intimate and transformative moments. My approach is rooted in compassion, education, and advocacy. Whether you’re navigating fertility, preparing for birth, adjusting to postpartum life, or grieving a loss, I provide nonjudgmental support that meets you where you are.
