Welcome ! I am Kiki, a dedicated doula inspired by my own transformative birth experience. I am passionate about supporting and empowering women, pregnant women and mothers through every stage of their journey. My mission is to provide compassionate advocacy to ensure you feel informed , respected , and nurtured during and after birth .

I believe that every mother deserves a positive and empowering birth experience. My approach is holistic and addresses the physical, emotional and informational needs of mothers and their families.

By collaborating closely with local communities , I strive to build a network of support that uplifts and empowers women. If is my privilege to walk alongside you on your path motherhood, offering guidance, unwavering care and support every step of the way .

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Up to 11 Additional 60 Minute Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
