About Carina

Carina spent 12 years working as a family assistant and nanny, building a deep understanding of the care and support that families need. After becoming a mother herself, she realized the profound impact that a doula can have during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. Inspired by this experience, Carina decided to shift her career focus to becoming a doula. She felt a strong calling to support women through one of the most transformative experiences of their lives. With a deep passion for empowering and guiding women, Carina found purpose and fulfillment in her work, knowing that she is making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as four 90 minute appointments and one 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
