I am a birth doula dedicated to providing calm, continuous, and compassionate support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. I support all birth experiences while centering your choices, comfort, and voice.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based education, hands-on comfort measures, and unwavering advocacy so you feel informed, supported, and empowered every step of the way. Birth is powerful, personal, and transformative, and my role is to help you feel safe, confident, and truly supported during one of life’s most important moments.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 90 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as three 90 minute appointments and two 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
