As a dedicated childbirth and postpartum doula, I bring a wealth of personal and professional experience to the families I serve. As a mother of two, I understand the joys and challenges of parenthood. I’ve had the privilege of coaching my sisters and other family members through their birth journeys, giving me a unique, compassionate perspective. I am also a certified lactation counselor, ensuring that I provide holistic, patient-centered care to support families through every stage of their journey.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 90 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
7 Additional 60 Minute Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
