I am a doula who has entered the world of birth work as a passion for women and their birth experience. I have been a physical therapist for 30 years and have a great deal of knowledge about pain management. With that knowledge, I am able to support a woman during her pregnancy, birth, and after her birth. I will be honored to be available for you in the very special time in your life.

Your Postpartum Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A one hour initial appointment to discuss your postpartum experience, develop a care plan and schedule your appointments.
An additional 7 hours of appointments during pregnancy or postpartum scheduled as 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
