About Sarah

Sarah is a trained and certified postpartum doula. She has a lifetime of experience with babies and children, having three of her own and six grandchildren. Mothering has been one of her greatest joys of life and she feels led to help others feel prepared as they embark on their journey of becoming parents. Teaching on infant care, what to expect during the first few days, weeks and months from your baby such as feeding, sleep habits, diapering, and bathing as well as making sure mom is recovering well both physically and emotionally and parents are getting adequate rest are just a few things that she is ready to help families navigate through. Her desire is to help alleviate stress and uneasiness so that families feel confident as they enter this new season of life.
