About Alexis

As a Full-Spectrum Doula, I provide compassionate support to families during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. With a background in Human Services (Bachelor’s degree) and Human Services Administration (Master’s degree), I’ve developed a strong foundation in supporting families’ needs.

With 4 years of experience in maternal health as a Case Manager, I’ve connected families to essential services like pediatricians, childcare, early intervention, Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) assistance, and baby essentials. I’ve also led childbirth education classes on topics like Healthy Bonding, Baby’s Safe Sleep, and Newborn Care.

Certified in Child & Adult CPR, AED, and First Aid, and holding an Adult Mental Health First Aid Certification, I’m dedicated to providing holistic support. I’m currently completing my Lactation Consultant training to further support families with evidence-based information and advocacy. I’m passionate about empowering families and look

Your Postpartum Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

1 One Hour Postpartum Planning Appointment
In-Person Postpartum appointments scheduled as eight 5 hour visits to cover some of the following topics:
- Customized Care Plan
- Hands on Support
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Light Housework
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Unlimited text support with your doula
Virtual webinars + educational emails

*When booking your first appointment, please book at least 24 hours in advance. Some of our doulas may have same day appointments listed but they would not have enough time to prepare for your appointment without at least a 24 hour notice.

*Once matched with a doula, your spot is not secure until you book your first appointment. If this appointment is not booked within 7 days of being matched, the doula match is subject to change.
