Hi, I’m Ndidi, a devoted doula with a heart for nurturing both mother and child. My journey into birth and postpartum support began with years of caring for newborns, baby-watching, and supporting families with multiples. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the unique needs that arise during this tender time—and the importance of compassionate, personalized care.

When a mother is truly supported, her confidence flourishes—and so does her baby. My approach centers on meeting the emotional, physical, and practical needs of both the birthing person and their little one. Whether it’s offering a calming presence, helping with newborn care, or simply being a steady hand to hold, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and encouragement.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 90 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as three 90 minute appointments and two 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
