As a Certified Full-Spectrum Doula and Lactation Educator, I provide comprehensive and culturally attuned support to families navigating pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum recovery, and NICU transitions.

My care model integrates prenatal education, birth planning, labor support (daytime and overnight), postpartum care, and infant feeding guidance—all tailored to reflect each family’s unique needs and values.

Grounded in empathy, structure, and clinical awareness, I partner with families to ensure they feel prepared, empowered, and respected throughout their journey.

Your Postpartum Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A one hour initial appointment to discuss your postpartum experience, develop a care plan and schedule your appointments.
An additional 11 hours of appointments during pregnancy or postpartum scheduled as 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
