Birth is more than just a medical event—it’s a transformative experience that should be met with care, respect, and unwavering support. With over seven years of healthcare experience and a background in clinical operations and patient advocacy, I bring a deep understanding of both the emotional and practical aspects of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Health Science (DHSc) with a focus on maternal and child health, further strengthening my commitment to improving birth experiences and outcomes.

My approach as a doula is centered on compassion, education, and advocacy—ensuring that every birthing person feels informed, supported, and empowered in their choices. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating labor, or adjusting to postpartum life, I provide steady emotional and physical support tailored to your needs. I believe that every birth story is unique, and my role is to help you feel safe, confident, and in control of your journey. However you choose to bring your baby into the world, I am here to walk beside you—one breath, one push, and one moment at a time.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 90 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
7 Additional 60 Minute Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
