Hi there! I’m Colleen. I’m a certified full-spectrum doula, lactation support specialist, and passionate advocate for birthing families. With over a decade of experience in both newborn care and community-based doula work, I support families from pregnancy through postpartum with compassion, cultural understanding, and real-life guidance.

I became a doula because I believe every birthing person deserves to feel informed, respected and supported not just during labor but throughout their entire journey into parenthood. Whether I’m helping you build a birth plan, walking you through early labor signs, or offering hands-on support after baby arrives, I’m here to hold space for your choices and your voice.

I specialize in prenatal education, birth support, lactation guidance, newborn care, and postpartum wellness. My style is calm, grounded, and nurturing. I bring evidence-based tools, lived experience, and a deep respect for your intuition to every session.

When I’m not attending births, I’m mentoring new doulas, creating resources for families, or blending up green juice in my kitchen. I’d be honored to walk with you during this sacred season of life.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
7 Additional 60 Minute Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
