Hi, I’m Kieyeitha Ward, a passionate birth and postpartum doula committed to providing families with nurturing, intuitive, and evidence-based care. My journey into birth work was guided by a deep calling to support women during one of the most sacred and transformative times of their lives. As a mother, a Certified Community Health Worker, and an advocate for maternal wellness, I’ve witnessed firsthand the power of informed, compassionate care in shaping a positive birth and postpartum experience.

I believe that birth is not just a medical event—it’s a sacred experience that deserves respect, preparation, and loving support. My approach is rooted in holistic care, ancestral wisdom, and evidence-based practices to ensure you feel confident, heard, and held every step of the way.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute prenatal appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
An additional 60 minute appointment during pregnancy or postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
