Nelia is a birth and postpartum doula with hands-on experience and comprehensive training, dedicated to empowering families through the journey of birth and beyond with a focus on holistic care. She has a passion for herbalism, breastfeeding, babywearing, and advocacy, and offers a well-rounded, supportive approach to care, focused on both physical and emotional well-being. Nelia believes in providing families with the knowledge and confidence they need to make informed decisions that align with their values. Her commitment to advocacy ensures that every parent feels heard and respected, while her passion for this work helps to foster a deeper connection between parents and their babies. Nelia became a doula to help others experience the transformative power of birth and to create a space where families are supported, nurtured, and empowered.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as four 90 minute appointments and one 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
