Dedicated to Maternal Care, I am a Certified Postpartum Doula, and Newborn & Infant Care Specialist and Certified Lactation Specialist. With a BS in Maternal Child Health with Human Lactation and over 15 plus years of experience in OB/GYN, I am dedicated to helping both new and experienced parents navigate their postpartum journey.

As a Certified Postpartum Doula, newborn and infant care specialist, I equip parents with the skills and confidence needed to care for their little ones. My goal is to empower families, helping them build a strong foundation in the early weeks and months.

I also specialize in lactation, I offer personalized consultations to address breastfeeding concerns, ensuring that mothers and infants thrive during this critical time. My experience as a postpartum doula allows me to assist families with emotional support, practical help, and education about newborn care, creating a nurturing environment for both parents and their babies.

Your Postpartum Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A one hour initial appointment to discuss your postpartum experience, develop a care plan and schedule your appointments.
An additional 7 hours of appointments during pregnancy or postpartum scheduled as 60 or 90 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
