A latina Birth Doula who lived by knowing that giving birth is a momentous occasion, the most important day in someone’s life. Throughout the journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, it’s crucial for women to feel supported emotionally and physically. This belief, combined with the awe-inspiring beauty of birth itself, inspired me to create a name that encapsulates this essence: Bella Nativitas, meaning “beautiful birth” in Spanish and Latin. I became a birth doula after my own trauma induced birth at a young age. I felt hopeless and it affected all my first years as a mother. I suffered from PPD and I did not know where to turn to as I reasearched I learned more about the Doulas and the great importance they have in any position they are equipped to. I felt as a latina whos grandmother was a doula and midwife I had to make change just like my grandmother did back home in El Salvador; I come from a really poor and humble background when my parents first time immigrants came to the U.S I was their advocate in any medical, lawful, and school environment. It has only made me grow love to serve BIPOC communities and empower women in their labor and delivery.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as four 90 minute appointments and one 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
