It’s natural for transitions such as pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and parenting to bring on a new set of stressors into your life. It can be hard to ask for help, especially with outside pressure. I’d like to help you find your voice by assisting with some of the practical and emotional challenges post-birth so that you can have time to heal, bond, and adjust to your new life. We can walk this journey together!
Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:
A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.
- A one hour virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
- One hour of additional support during pregnancy or postpartum to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
- Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Back-up doula provided if needed
- Chat support with your doula through our HIPAA compliant app Healthie
- Virtual webinars + educational emails
