About Victoria

Hi! I’m Victoria, the proud owner of Nap Nourish and Flourish. My passion for supporting families started with a background in preschool education, which blossomed into a dedicated career as a nanny in 2016. Over the years, I’ve expanded my expertise and am now a certified postpartum doula, pediatric sleep consultant, lactation educator, newborn care specialist, and postpartum nutrition consultant.

I became a doula because I believe every family deserves personalized care and support in their journey. My mission is to empower parents, provide guidance, and ensure you feel confident, nurtured, and well-rested as you transition into this beautiful phase of life. Whether it’s sleep support, newborn care, breastfeeding, or postpartum nutrition, I’m here to support you and your family so you can rest, feel nourished, and truly flourish on your parenting journey!

Your Postpartum Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A one hour meet & greet appointment (virtually or in person) to discuss your postpartum experience, develop a care plan and schedule your appointments.
Four 90 minute appointments + one 60 minute appointment of additional support during pregnancy and postpartum (virtually or in person or both) to cover the following topics
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Unlimited text support with your doula
Virtual webinars + educational emails

*When booking your first appointment, please book at least 24 hours in advance. Some of our doulas may have same day appointments listed but they would not have enough time to prepare for your appointment without at least a 24 hour notice.

This package does not include birth support.

*Once matched with a doula, your spot is not secure until you book your first appointment. If this appointment is not booked within 7 days of being matched, the doula match is subject to change.
