About Olga

I’m Olga Nikitina, a childbirth doula passionate about empowering families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. My journey into birth work began after having my three children, each of whom brought unique experiences—including a hospital birth, a home birth, and an unassisted birth that was featured in local news as a “meant-to-be” moment.

Before becoming a doula, I worked as a software engineer, and I now bring that same dedication and attention to detail into supporting expectant families. I hold certifications in prenatal yoga, midwifery basics, and Body Ready Pro, helping you prepare for a smoother birth and faster recovery. I’m also certified in culturally and linguistically appropriate maternal health services and serve as a NICU doula.

With a combination of personal experience and professional training, my goal is to provide compassionate, tailored support that meets your unique needs during this transformative time. Whether you’re preparing for your first birth or adding to your family, I’m here to help guide you every step of the way.

Your Birth Doula Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A 60 minute virtual prenatal meet & greet appointment to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
Support Appointments during pregnancy and postpartum scheduled as four 90 minute appointments and one 60 minute appointments to cover the following topics:
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Birth Support to include:
- On call status from 38 weeks until you have your baby
- Early labor support through text, phone calls or video calls
- Hands on support during active labor through birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby or hands on support through a cesarean birth until 1-2 hours after you have your baby
- Chat support with your doula through the HIPAA compliant app Healthie
