As a Birth Doula, I believe that every individual embarking on the journey of childbirth deserves to feel empowered, encouraged, and supported, regardless of the type of birth experience they choose. As your birth doula, I am committed to providing you with unwavering support, compassionate care, and evidence-based guidance tailored to your unique preferences and needs.

Originally from the UK, I have called the Boston area home for over a decade. With a background rooted in caring for my younger siblings and a deep-seated fascination with pregnancy and childbirth, my journey into doula work was a natural progression. Inspired by my experiences and driven by her desire to support mothers and families. I embarked on a path of education, research, and certification, officially beginning her doula journey after the birth of her second child.

Your Postpartum Support Package includes:

A doula to help you and your family ease into early parenthood.

A one hour prenatal meet & greet appointment (virtually or in person) to discuss the birth and postpartum experience you want.
7 hours of additional support during pregnancy and postpartum (virtually or in person or both) to cover the following topics
- Birth + baby preparation
- Newborn care and sleep consultation
- Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
- Your postpartum recovery
- Connect you with local resources and answer any other questions
Unlimited text support with your doula
Virtual webinars + educational emails

*When booking your first appointment, please book at least 24 hours in advance. Some of our doulas may have same day appointments listed but they would not have enough time to prepare for your appointment without at least a 24 hour notice.

This package does not include birth support.

*Once matched with a doula, your spot is not secure until you book your first appointment. If this appointment is not booked within 7 days of being matched, the doula match is subject to change.
